A user buys subscriptions after using our tool with their consent. We can't give refunds for the premium subscription once you've paid for it.
Do I get a refund if I make two purchases?
Technically, you can’t buy two subscriptions at a time. However, in case there’s any glitch, we will make sure your experience remains good with us.
Can I get a refund if I buy a subscription during a sale?
Subscriptions during a sale can’t be refunded. As per our policy, we will not refund it, but you can cancel the renewal anytime you want.
Can I get a refund for a recurring charge?
As part of our refund policy, we encourage everyone to please read all the key points. We ask users to select automatic renewal or manual renewal during checkout. If you opt for the manual way of renewing, your subscription will expire after the time period. If you opt for the automatic renewal, you’ll continue to use our services without any stoppage. Can I get a refund if any of the premium tools aren't working properly?
Our developers are consistently working on improving our premium tools. The tool will only go down in case we are working on a big update. In such cases, it will not impact the experience of the user.
Meanwhile, if you find any delays or feel like tools aren’t working properly, please contact me immediately. We can’t refund you for this reason, but we’ll fix the issue so that you can keep using it.
