Fueon's new dashboard - 3 features users asked for (and we delivered)
We rebuilt Fueon's dashboard with search, folders, and quick actions. Find documents instantly, organize by project, and export with one click.
The dashboard looks different now. Not just visually, but functionally.
We rebuilt it based on what you told us was broken. Three specific requests kept showing up in support tickets and feedback forms. So we fixed them.
Here's what changed.
1. Search your documents
You couldn't search for documents before. Sounds basic, but it wasn't there. Finding something you wrote two weeks ago meant scrolling through your entire document list.
Annoying for people with 20 documents. Impossible for users with 200 documents.
The search bar now appears at the top. Type a few words from your document title or content, and results will show instantly. Click any result to open it.
We also added filters. Search by creation date, filter by document type, or sort by last edit. Your documents stay organized exactly how you need them.
2. Folders for organization
Everything was in one giant list before. No way to group related documents. No folders, no categories; just an endless scroll.
Users with multiple projects hated this. Content creators managing different clients found it frustrating. Students working on various subjects had no clean way to separate things.
Folders exist now. Create as many as you need. Name them whatever makes sense. Drag documents between folders. Collapse folders you're not using.
Simple? Yes. But it changes how you work in Fueon completely. Your workspace stays neat and organized.
3. Quick actions menu
Opening a document required too many clicks. Edit, delete, duplicate, export. Each action meant opening the document first, then finding the right button.
The quick actions menu now appears when you hover over any document. On mobile, just tap and hold. All options show up instantly.
Want to export something to PDF? Right click, choose export, pick PDF. Done in three seconds. Need to duplicate a template? Hover, click duplicate, rename. Fast and simple.
This connects directly with our export options update. Export options became more useful once it was easier to access.
Why did we choose these three features?
We track every feature request. These three appeared most frequently. Search was mentioned in 43% of feedback, folders in 38%, and quick actions in 29%.
Some users wanted collaborative editing. Others asked for version history. Those requests appeared less than 10% of the time. We focus on what most people actually need, not what sounds impressive.
This matches our philosophy of keeping things focused. Build what users ask for repeatedly. Focus only on what matters.
The essentials that didn’t change
The actual writing tools stayed the same. Writer, rewriter, humanizer, expand, shorten. All five work exactly as before.
Document editor looks identical. Keyboard shortcuts didn't change. Your saved work remained untouched.
We improved navigation and organization. The core tools that make Fueon useful stayed alone.
How to use the Fueon’s new dashboard?
Log into Fueon and you'll see the changes immediately. The interface explains itself. No tutorial needed.
Create a folder. Search for something. Right click a document. Everything responds the way you'd expect.
If something feels off or you want different features, tell our support team. These three features came from user feedback. The next update will too.
